How booking, cancelling, refunds and your personal data work on plus60. In plain English, and short.
Booking terms
You are paying for a place at a football session run by an independent club at the venue, date and time on the listing. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical delivery.
Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. We email your reference and the session details within a few minutes, and your place goes on the roster.
plus60 handles the listing, booking, payment and roster. The club runs the session: venue, teams, format and any referee. Turn up on time and follow the host’s reasonable rules.
Refunds
What you get back depends on when you cancel.
Cut-offs run on calendar days, not a rolling 24 hours.
Always a full refund
- The host cancels, for weather, the venue or too few players.
- The host moves the time, venue or format after you book. Accept the change or take the refund.
- You are charged twice for one booking.
- A material listing error stops you taking part. Send us the details and we will review it.
Anything unusual, get in touch. We will review it fairly.
Cannot make it? Pass it on
Transfer your place to a friend, free. Send us your reference and their name before kick-off and we will change the roster.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds go back to the original payment method only, never to a different card, account or wallet. We start approved refunds within two business days; your bank or provider decides the rest. It may land as a separate credit rather than reversing the original charge. Any provider processing time or refund fee follows the relevant payment terms.
To ask for a refund: WhatsApp +60 12-835 6787 or email hello@plus60.football with your booking reference, which starts with P60. We reply within one business day.
Cancellations and changes

Privacy
plus60.football is operated by STUDIO 42 SOFTWARE, which handles your personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended.

Payments
Payments are processed by CHIP. Card and wallet details are entered in CHIP’s payment process, not collected through our booking form. What payment information plus60 can see or keeps depends on the checkout integration and the transaction records. Ask us, or ask CHIP.
Who else sees it
- Your host: your name, and your phone number if you gave one, for the session you booked.
- The services that run plus60: the providers behind our database, email, payments, hosting and website analytics, acting on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
We do not sell or rent your data. Some providers process data outside Malaysia, and those transfers are handled in line with applicable requirements.
We keep personal data only for as long as the purposes above need it, and for as long as accounting, tax or other law requires us to. After that it goes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you can ask for access to your data or a correction, ask how it is used, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or ask us to delete it, subject to retention we are legally required to keep. Email hello@plus60.football and we will respond within the legal timeframe. Deleting data tied to a live booking may mean we can no longer run that booking.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers preferences such as your last filters. On public pages we use Microsoft Clarity to see how people navigate and where the site trips them up; booking inputs are masked, and the club console and the feedback page are excluded from recording. Clarity may use cookies. Your browser controls apply, and blocking analytics will not stop you booking.
Children and security
plus60 is for adults. Anyone under 18 should book only with a parent or guardian’s involvement. Tell us if you think a child’s data has been submitted and we will review it.
We use HTTPS and database access controls, and restrict access to authorised users. No online service can promise absolute security. If an incident happens we act as the law requires.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, subject to applicable law.
